Sales & Events Coordinator £23,000-25,000

Prestigious building in Central London is looking for an experienced Sales & Events Coordinator to join their team.You must be passionate about events, proactive as well as fantastic at building relationships with clients.

Mainly work Monday – Friday but flexible to work evening and weekends, depending on the business

  • Take initial enquiries and respond in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct site visits with the clients and explain what each room can offer
  • Liaise with suppliers to discuss clients needs
  • Provide tailored information with the quote to accommodate the clients needs
  • Build relationships with new clients to ascertain repeat business
  • Account Management – exceed clients expectations
  • Ensure all the clients requirements are in the system
  • Check and send invoice according to the agreed requirements of the client
  • Attend operational meetings to discuss the events final details with other departments
  • Collect client feedback after each events
  • Work closely with the Events Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Depending on the event you will be required to work evenings and weekends

Attributes & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and spoken
  • Experience of working within a 3-4 star hotel as an Sales and Events Coordinator
  • IT – Booking system experience as well as MS Package
